The following must be addressed whenever property is transacted within MFSC:

• Please advise all prospective buyers that MFSC is a covenant enforced swim and tennis subdivision. Annual dues are paid in March/April of each year. Every new homeowner/resident must be made aware of the mandatory full membership requirement prior to the Act of Sale.
• You will also need to provide the new homeowner with copies of the MFSC by-laws and covenants.
• A check for any outstanding HOA dues paid at closing should be made out and mailed to:
