We welcome you to the website for the Mayfair St Clair Neighborhood, a place we love to call home.   Please take a few minutes to review the various sections we have included, however this is just a snapshot into our community.  It will give highlights of events, insight into issues of importance and serve as a neighbor to neighbor resource.  Please also check back frequently.  We hope to keep this site informative, updated, and fun.

Basketball court rules

MFSC HOA Basketball Court Rules and Regulations-Effective 8-1-2017

* Basketball court is for the exclusive use of MFSC HOA members, member’s dependents and their invited outside guests. (Non-member or Community Member residents are not eligible to use the basketball courts or any Swim Tennis amenity, even with a member family.)
* Outside guests must cease play and leave facilities when the member host ceases play and leaves the facility.
* “Open Play” is between 8AM-9PM. Open Play/Courts are not available during: MFSC Swim Team home meets, MFSC HOA or private pool socials.
* No hanging on the rims or climbing the poles.
* No cursing, threatening language, fighting, or loud music.
* No rollerblades or skateboards on the court.
* Courts are intended for 1/2 court play. Full-court basketball games in progress must relinquish the second basket to any member and/or group immediately upon request. One (1) basket to remain set at 10-foot setting, during open play.
* Open Play groups are limited to 1/2-hour sessions/games when members/groups are waiting for courts.
* Courts may be used for non-basketball activities (i.e. volleyball, badminton, children's games, etc).
* All basketball players, members and outside guests, are expected to conform and follow the MFSC Basketball Court Rules of Conduct. All rules at
* MFSC HOA members, MFSC HOA Board members and/or pool management employees may at any time request: 1.) Names and address of players to confirm membership. 2.) Request non-guest/non-members to cease play and to immediately leave the property. 3.) Request any players, members, and dependents and/or guest to conform to the Rules of Conduct or leave the property.

Multiple violations of rules may result in referral to the MFSC HOA Board and can result in loss of recreational privileges. Non-member use and/or refusal to leave courts may be referred to Johns Creek Police as a trespassing violation.

Join the City of Johns Creek for the Comprehensive Plan Public Meeting this Thursday, June 1 from 7-9 p.m. at City Hall (12000 Findley Road).

During this meeting, consultants from TSW and Pond will provide detailed information on the draft Comprehensive Plan updates, including the Transportation Master Plan. Consultants will be available to answer questions and receive feedback regarding the recommendations.
The public is encouraged to attend and provide input and feedback on the draft Comprehensive Plan, which includes the City's vision for the future and strategies for transportation planning, policy objectives, future development, issues and opportunities, long-range activities, and more.
